really liked it! Last night we had a dinner fit for a Texan (well a tex-mexican anyways) huervos rancheros and avocado corn salad with refried beans on the side. Yum. For Benji I mashed some avocado and he loved it! He ate half an avocado himself--ahh a boy after my own heart. We even ate out on the deck due to the heavenly weather we've been enjoying. Tom is home and all is right in the world again.
